Hey there! We're James & Sophie from KIPZ, we live in Chester with our son Harry and our little pup Max. We've been in Chester for over 15 years now and originally met in the hospitality industry whilst studying at University here in Chester. Here at Kipz we want to give landlords more money and more time than they are used to with the old traditional way of being a landlord.After an initial enquiry we peform a desktop valuation and give you our honest opinion if your property could earn you more money as a short term holiday rental - if we dont think it will, we'll be honest and tell you straight. We dont work with anyone we dont think are a great fit for both parties.If we think you property is a match we will come and visit in person and provide you with a free short term let property report (free of charge and yours to keep even if you don't choose to partner with us)If your happy with our assessment we take a copy of the keys and set everything up for you from full propeprty set up to online listing within 10 days.
